ATPS

ATPS, a Belgian association dedicated to professionals in the performing arts, had a WordPress website that had become difficult to maintain. Many plugins were outdated, making maintenance complex and limiting the site's potential for growth. The goal was to modernize the platform while simplifying membership management and showcasing the cultural activities of the sector.

1. Redesign and Implementation of a Contact Directory

In the first phase, we developed a modern and functional website to present ATPS. A key feature was the creation of member accounts, which provided access to a directory of performing arts professionals in Belgium. This database allowed members to be easily listed and accessed by other industry professionals.

2. Highlighting Belgian Cultural Scene

In the second phase, the focus was on developing pages showcasing various aspects of Belgian culture. This included:

- A library of specialized books on comedy and the performing arts.

- Video clips illustrating different artistic practices.

- Useful social resources for performing arts professionals.

3. Membership Fee Automation

Initially, the association's finances relied on annual donations from members, but tracking payments and sending reminders required significant work. To simplify this process, we integrated Mollie to create an interface allowing members to opt for automatic payments of their annual membership fee.

This automation had several positive effects :

- Increased member engagement, making financial contributions easier.

- Facilitated funding for ATPS by ensuring a steady flow of income.

- Reduced administrative workload, allowing the team to focus on other activities within the association.

The redesign of the ATPS website addressed the association's need for modernization while strengthening its commitment to its members and the cultural sector. This project demonstrates how a well-thought-out digital transformation can have a significant impact on the management and development of an organization.
